Return/Refund Policy

At Ontario PC Buy & Sell, we do not offer returns or refunds. Every gaming PC and laptop we sell is tested to meet our quality standards before it leaves our hands.

We test every system thoroughly before delivery. When we bring the PC to your door, you have the opportunity to inspect it and test it with us so you know exactly what you are getting before you pay.

All purchases include a one-month warranty that covers hardware defects under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage caused by user modifications, upgrades, overclocking, physical abuse, liquid damage, or any issues that arise after you open or alter the system.
